We do not, as some companies do, offer cheap viewing trips. The reason for this is twofold:-
1. We are independent and not linked into any one developer. This is one reason why some companies can offer cheap viewing trips.
2. Often, to compensate for subsidised trips, property prices are needlessly increased.
We are, however, fully able to help our clients arrange good value flights and assist with accommodation at preferred rates. We can also arrange your transfers.
On arrival in Turkey, you can be met at the airport by one of our team from the Turkish offices and taken to your hotel. If you wish, an itinerary for your stay can be arranged, covering viewings for the properties which you are interested in and answering any questions you may have. You can be shown the whole locality; its amenities and topography etc. in order for you to make a discerned choice of both property and area.
For the duration of your visit, our team will available to ensure your stay is as enjoyable and informative as possible. A two or three day stay is normally sufficient, although sometimes it may be more appropriate to take a week, depending on seasons and flight times, and combine it with a holiday.
We recognise that you may wish to visit other agencies. That is, of course, the prerogative of a client and we respect that. We do, however, offer an independent and informative approach without pressure. All that we ask is that your visit our properties and see for yourself the service, support and value that we offer.
