A Classic Country!
Turkey is a land of exceptional contrast where East meets West and History
meets the modern day. Combined with a beautiful climate, the sheer variety of
scenery and extensive history makes Turkey a wonderful country in which to live
and explore.
Outlined below are the main areas where we specialise in quality properties. Each one has it’s own distinctive style, character and scenery, with sufficient contrast to define the wealth that is Turkey.
Bodrum
A thriving, hustle and bustle city full of shops and nightlife yet surrounded by, and steeped in, history. Nearby Ephesus is one of the best-preserved Roman cities in the Mediterranean. However, in Bodrum there is so much more.

Gocek
Probably the most upmarket resort on the Turkish Mediterranean coast. With a large, natural harbour housing hundreds of yachts of all sizes, Gocek still maintains a cosy village atmosphere with friendly people, combined with an air of the millionaires playground. Prices here reflect not just its upmarket status but also the new marina developments that are designed to maintain its status as truly world class.

Fethiye
Fethiye itself is a busy, but attractive, working harbour with an old town area thriving with bars and restaurants. Nearby there is Calis Beach, overlooking Fethiye itself with its promenade of bars and restaurants, Olu Deniz with its serenity and wonderful beaches overlooked by forested hills, Uzumlu the traditional Turkish village set in the mountains and served by clean, drinkable spring water and Hisaronu with its teeming nightlife catering for people of every persuasion. Last, but not least, is Kayakoy….. a stone village built on the hillside but deserted long ago.

Kalkan and Kas
Kalkan is a steep, old coastal harbour town steadily reaching into the surrounding hillsides. Craft shops, jewellery shops, bars and restaurants abound in a pleasant, mature atmosphere. Kas is quietly stylish and sedate with no steep streets to negotiate but with a traditional old town and a harbour of clear, blue water fed by underground streams. Nearby is Saklikent, a huge, narrow gorge carved out of the mountains inland with a river of cold, spring water running through it and Patara Beach, a protected area of miles of clean, undisturbed beach which is famous for the turtles that come nightly to lay there eggs in summer.
